Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston were the talk of the town, after the duo was spotted catching up backstage at the recently held Screen Actors Guild Awards.
It was like an adorably awkward exchange of pleasantries as the two “stumbled upon” each other, following their respective wins at the ceremony.
While Pitt won the ‘Best Supporting Actor’ award of his work in ‘Once Upon a Time in Hollywood’, Aniston won ‘Female Actor in a Drama Series’ for her role in The Morning Show.

But it was their unexpected tryst backstage that caught internet’s attention, especially considering how the two have avoided any public contact with each other after their infamous separation and divorce in 2005.
While one photograph sees them in the moment they were about to go for a hug, other sees Pitt holding her hand as she moves away from him.

According to a source close to the two, it shouldn’t be surprising as the duo have managed to remain in touch as friends in the recent years and occasionally talk with each other.
