The Weeknd Makes History As 10 Songs From His New LP Are Placed Within Top 40 Simultaneously

The Weekend’s latest studio album, After Hours, peaked at the top of the Billboard Top 200 albums charts earlier this week and if that wasn’t enough, the songs from his album seem to be making a significant mark too.

In a historic movie, all 10 of the new album’s tracks were featured on this week’s Billboard Hot 100 charts, stepping inside the Top 40. While ‘Blinding Lights’ tops the Hot 100, he has two other songs within the Top 20, 10 songs in the Top 40 and a total of 14 songs within the Top 100.

A first-time for a male vocalist, the feat puts the singer in the list of artists like – Drake, Ariana Grande, Lil Wayne and Post Malone.
