Simon Cowell was involved in a brutal bike accident, that caused his back to be fractured earlier this Sunday.
The English record-producer and music industry mogul was hospitalised after suffering from fractures, in a shocking bike accident.
The 60 year old record executive was test riding his electric bicycle in Malibu, California, which is where the incident occurred.
Here’s what a rep for the producer was quoted telling The Hollywood Reporter:
“Simon had a fall from his bike on Saturday afternoon whilst testing his new electric bike in the courtyard at his house in Malibu with his family. He hurt his back and was taken to the hospital. He’s doing fine, he’s under observation and is in the best possible hands.”
It is further reported that Simon might be undergoing surgery later on and will not be appearing on the forthcoming episodes of America’s Got Talent, while he remains hospitalised.
