Oprah to Erect Multiple Billboards in Honor of Breonna Taylor in Louisville

Oprah Winfrey is pushing the envelope in the fight to deliver justice in the case of Breonna Taylor.

The 26-year-old emergency medical technician, was fatally shot by Louisville Metro Police Department officers Jonathan Mattingly, Brett Hankison, and Myles Cosgrove, when they mistakenly barged into her house while she was asleep.

While the whole of America has been burning in the fight against systematic racism, instigated by the death of George Floyd, Oprah seems to be willing to ensure that the story of Breonna is also not lost somewhere and that justice is delivered in her case too.

In a bid to raise further awareness in the case, the talk-show queen has decided to erect 26 billboards in her honor, across Louisville.

The Billboards erected across the city will all read – “Demand that the police involved in killing Breonna Taylor be arrested and charged. Visit UntilFreedom.com.”

More news about the campaign is expected to be announced this week.
