Amazon Prime’s The Boys has redefined how we view our superheroes.
The harsh, brutal and gory take on the super-human life, serving as quite a contradiction to the world of Marvel and DC – often making them seem ‘fairytale-ish’ in comparison, the Eric Kripke-created series has ignited quite a fanaticism among it’s followers.
And the two parts are now completely available on Prime with the premiere of season’s two’s final episode on October 8th. (Scroll below for link)
With the conclusion of season one, and the introduction of a new fierce character – Stormfront, played by Aya Cash – the sophomore sequel to the action-packed comedy-drama found it’s second anti-hero, to stand beside the irresistibly written, Homelander – played fantastically by Antony Starr.
With troubles continuously piling-up for the underground protagonists of the series, who are trying to fight the system, the corrupted organization and the big face behind them all – Homelander, the series sequel has several surprises and shocks in stores, and Supes that are powerful enough to give even homelander a run for his money.
That face-off is yet to be seen, as the creators pile-up everything eventually to prepare you for what’s about to come in the story. Two extremely powerful “head-bursting” and “human-squashing” supes are revealed, who will leave you asking for more.
