Eminem has finally apologized to Rihanna over his past references to her abusive relationship with estranged ex, Chris Brown.
The Grammy winning rapper has released his new song entitled ‘Zeus’, in which he addresses the leaked song, along an apology, directly to Riri.
Em’s distasteful song, which was recorded nearly 10 years ago, had been leaked on internet last year and created quite a stir.
“Of course I side with Chris Brown, I’d beat a bitch down too,” he rapped at the time.
In his new song ‘Zeus’, featured on his latest studio album, he addresses the controversy:
“But me, long as I re-promise to be honest
And wholeheartedly, apologies, Rihanna
For that song that leaked, I’m sorry Ri
It wasn’t meant to cause you grief
Regardless, it was wrong of me”
