Christina Aguilera gave us a new vocal on her 2002-released critically acclaimed smash-hit – ‘Beautiful.’
The vocal powerhouse appeared on Verizon’s Big Concert For Small Businesses and gave stellar renditions of her ‘Stripped’ classic and her 2002 song ‘Pero Me Acuerdo De Ti’.
The event held for the upliftment of small businesses also allowed Aguilera to to pay homage to a small record store she used to visit as a kid. Speaking of which, she said:
“When I was little, my mom and my grandma used to take me to Attic Records in Pittsburgh, where we would spends hours sifting through old vinyls to find songs for me to sing and perform. It’s where my musical education was born and where I fell in love with the greats, that still inspired me today. It’s so important that we support small businesses like Attic Records during these trying times, we have to keep these hidden gems in our communities alive, love you grandma.”
