Here Is How Janet Jackson’s Brothers Have Responded To Justin Timberlake’s Apology Over Super Bowl Controversy

While Janet Jackson has kept a tight lip about Justin Timberlake and his apology over the Super Bowl controversy, her brothers have put their own thoughts forward.

The diva’s brothers – Tito, Marlon, and Jackie Jackson, appeared on Andy Cohen‘s SiriusXM ‘Radio Andy’ show on May 12 and lay their thoughts on Timberlake’s recent apology, over the scandalous event from nearly 16 years ago – which still continues to remain a hot topic in Pop culture.

The ‘SexyBack’ singer had recently opened up about the 2004 controversy, in which Jackson’s wardrobe malfunction in the midst of their performance caused major uproar, but the wrath of it all had to be borne alone by the songstress, while Timberlake himself had managed to silently escape it all.

During the conversation with Andy, the Jackson trio “thanked” Timberlake for his apology, while also asking to put an end to the whole episode.

Here’s what they stated:

“First of all, I just want to thank Justin Timberlake. … It takes a man to step up and do that, so we do thank him.”

“But we’d like to move forward because that was out there, the negativity about it. As they say in the old days, ‘Long as they’re talking about you, good or bad, you still in the public’s eye.’”

Would be interesting to hear Janet’s take on this whole thing and how she reflects on the unfair treatment she received in the past.
