Miley Cyrus has gone through more image-makeovers than anyone else in the music scene in the past 20 years – and that has reflected in her music also.
From her Disney “princessly” image and her breakthrough hit ‘Party In The USA’, with her girl-next-door’ avatar, Miley later incorporated elements of Hip-Hop in her album ‘Bangerz’, and broke away from her ‘goody goody’ image to became controversy’s favorite child.
Sexuality was more prominent in this new Miley, as she seemed to have shed all her inhabitations, turning to shock-value to deliver attention to her work.
This certainly helped, as she earned her career first Billboard Hot 100 #1 with Wrecking Ball, assisted by a controversial music video – which saw her baring it all.
