Stating that the six siblings will be the rightful heirs for his estate Carver Country District Judge Kevin Eide declared that Prince’s sister Tyke Nelson and five of his other siblings will be inheriting his fortune and estate, as reported by Associated press.

The ‘Purple Rain’ superstar did not leave an official will behind, which triggered several other people to file appeal in order claim heir-ship of his estate. The Judge also ruled that he will consider other appeals to the claim if they’re officially sent through the appellate courts.

Prince’s assets are now pending to be distributed post a formal court order.

Prince died from a prescription drug overdose at his recording studio and home in Chanhassen, Minnesota, on April 21, 2016. He was 57.
