Fifth Harmony enact throwing Camila Cabello off-stage during shady VMA performance

If there was any dearth of shade at the 2017 Video Music Awards, Fifth Harmony made up for it.

During their two-song performance of ‘Down’ and ‘Angel’ the girls took a major jab at their former fellow-member Camila Cabello for taking an exit from the group back in 2016.

The sultry girl group entered the stage to commence their performance as ‘five silhouettes’ stood together covering their heads – shortly after which the fifth member threw herself off the stage in a rather wild manner, indicating the exit of Cabello.

Although it happened very fast, and the rest of the performance proceeded normally – people who may have missed the moment with a blink, were reminded of it as VMA’s specifically pointed it out:

The shade received mixed response from the group’s fans, some of whom called the drama unnecessary and petty. But to be fair, the rest of their performance slayed and grabbed as many eyeballs as the beginning.

Check it out for yourself:

Cabello left the group back in December last year, to pursue a solo career and is now gearing for the release of her upcoming solo debut album, “The Hurting. The Healing. The Loving.”

Did the shade give you life or was it too petty?
