Jay Z has added another feather to his coveted cap.
The celebrated rapper and record producer has registered his 100th Hot 100 hit on the Billboard charts with the advent of wifey Beyonce’s new track, ‘Mood 4 Eva’ – as featured on her “special” soundtrack album for The Lion King.
To reiterate – starting from his first Billboard Hot 100 entry in the year 1996, Jay Z now has a total of 100 hits that have appeared on the chart.
This makes him the sixth overall artist to do so.
Here’s a tally of the same in order of their Hot 100 entries:
