George Zimmerman Has Sued Trayvon Martin’s Family For $100 Million!

George Zimmerman might have been acquitted in the 2012 shooting of teenager – Trayvon Martin, but the entire episode ignited a nationwide storm in the United States back then.

Thousands joined the movement of #BlackLivesMatter, protesting against the brutalities of our police force against unarmed, common individuals of color – and Trayvon Martin’s death certainly played a catalyst to this prolonged fight for justice.

However, Zimmerman may have walked away as a free man after the entire happening, but he isn’t quite done with it yet, it seems.

Zimmerman now plans to go after Martin’s family, as he has geared his lawyers to sue them for a whopping sum of $100 million.

According to the lawsuit filed by him on Wednesday in Florida, he asserts his belief that there was a conspiracy to frame him through the whole trial.

The main allegation in the lawsuit is against attorney, Ben Crump, who the statement claims – had helped swap out a reluctant witness, Brittany Diamond Eugene, for her half-sister, Rachel Jeantel. The allegation asserts a deliberate attempt to send Zimmerman in prison for killing the 17 year old. (No shit, Sherlock?!)

Trayvon’s parents are also embroiled in this new mess, as the statements alleges that they had “known about or should have known about the witness fraud, obstructed justice, or lied repeatedly under oath in order to cover up their knowledge of the witness fraud.”

This whole action could also seem like a mockery of the situation, in which an innocent life was lost. Another such ridiculous mockery of the murder was done by Zimmerman in 2015, when he put the gun – that killed Trayvon, up for auction.

What do you have to say about this?
