Whitney Houston’s second posthumous single of 2019, ‘Do You Hear What I Hear’ released as a collaboration with Pentatonix has a new video out.
As Christmas week commences, the a capella group has released a special new visual featuring a beautifully synced choreography to the tune.
If not for anything else, this certainly helps add more spins to the song’s overall tally on the charts – considering it just peaked at #9 on Billboard’s Adult Contemporary Radio Airplay charts, earning Houston her first Top 10 hit since 2003’s Try It On My Own.
The revamped version, with Houston’s 1987-recorded killer vocals leading the whole track and featuring the vocal quintet mostly just assisting her in the background, certainly has great potential. And it is best for PTX to make the most of having had the opportunity of collaborating with one of the greatest voices of all time.
