Charlotte Awbery – the viral singer from London subway, who karaoke-d her way to internet glory has also found a spot on American National television.
The singer – who went viral, all thanks to a British Vlogger’s video montage of strangers completing lyrics to random songs at random places, caught the world’s attention with her wickedly good brief cover of Lady Gaga’s Oscar winning song – Shallow.
Awbery instantly shot to fame after the viral video, with her Instagram followers increasing by hundreds of thousands, one of whom is none other than – Ariana Grande.
She now found a spot in Ellen DeGeneres’ recent airing of her show, where she took the stage to perform the song that seems to have started it all for her. (at least as far as her new-found fame is concerned).
