Vanessa Bryant Files Wrongful Death Lawsuit Over Kobe Bryant Helicopter Crash

Vanessa Bryant isn’t resting when it comes to the helicopter crash that took her husband Kobe Bryant and daughter Gianna Bryant’s lives.

The mother of 5 has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the company that owned and provided the helicopter, which was crashed along with 9 people on it, including the pilot. All nine people on board were killed in the Jan. 26 accident.

The lawsuit states that the company – Island Express, was only allowed to fly under visual flight rules and the day of crash wasn’t exactly meeting that criteria.

The suit also alleges that pilot was going 180 miles per hour in a steep decline, while there was heavy fog reported. And that was, just in the moments before it crashed in Calabasas, CA.

The suit asks for damages for the emotional trauma both during and after the said incident.
