Whitney Houston’s iconic classic on self-love and self-empowerment has been given a brand new visual treatment by her estate and management.
The late and great songstress’ Billboard #1 track has always been a testament to her enduring legacy, inspiring and uplifting countless souls, in their own journey towards loving themselves.
The new video-montage-cum-lyric-video released by the music legend’s label features several archival footage courtesy of ‘Black Archives’ – headed by multimedia champion – Renata Cherlise, which aims to display the ‘black experience’ in America from the 1940’s to now.
Here’s what the estate announces on the video desciption:
“In commemoration of Whitney and her enduring musical and cultural influence, the Whitney E. Houston Estate and Sony Music partnered with Black Archives, an archive of black life researched and curated by multimedia artist Renata Cherlise, to create an inspirational lyric video for Whitney’s transcendent “Greatest Love of All.””
