Yung Miami has left a shade-filled response to Brandy acknowledging she doesn’t quite to know who the former is.
During her recent appearance on the Verzuz battle alongside Monica, Brandy appeared clueless when the rapper’s name popped up – in the midst of back-to-back celebration of their respective hits.
It was when Monica – gave a shoutout to Miami by addressing her as ‘Caresha’, when Brandy appeared totally confused about who she was – only to be later told that she happens to be half of the rapper-duo – City Girls.
This didn’t go down well with Yung Miami, who took to her social media handle to gently lay down the following shade:
“I only know 2 Brandy songs so we even”
She later deleted the Tweet and claimed she was only playing around, after Brandy stans launched an attack on her.
But the bigger question is – why was – genuinely not knowing someone who’s not that successful in the mainstream, an offence?
