Here’s How Harry Styles Responded To Candace Owens’ Criticism Of His “Dress” on VOGUE Cover

Harry Styles’ gender-fluid fashion choices invited quite a discussion earlier, when he was spotted rocking a dress and looking absolutely dope in it.

The singer also caught the attention of controversial political commentator Candace Owns, who – as you’d expect, wasn’t too happy the whole idea of a “man wearing a dress” and lashed out at the performer.

Responding to Styles’ look from the cover of VOGUE’s recent issue, in which he was seen wearing a dress, Owns said –

“There is no society that can survive without strong men. The East knows this. In the west, the steady feminization of our men at the same time that Marxism is being taught to our children is not a coincidence. It is an outright attack. Bring back manly men.”

She further stated:

“Since I’m trending I’d like to clarify what I meant when I said ‘bring back manly men.’ I meant: Bring back manly men. Terms like ‘toxic masculinity,’ were created by toxic females. Real women don’t do fake feminism. Sorry I’m not sorry.”

Styles, on the other hand, didn’t choose to give Owens the direct attention she was apparently craving for – and instead, posted yet another playful picture of himself wearing a blue suit and eating a banana, with the caption – ‘Bring back manly men.’

Apparently, Candace has her eyes on a certain political demographic, as everything she says seems to come out of a place of attempting to achieve some career mileage.

But Harry Styles doesn’t seem to have any desire to engage with her.
