One of the challenges of being a major Pop star who performs in intimate settings of a crowd of hundreds of thousands, is that your personal space is often taken for granted and goes for a toss.
We’ve had plenty of footage from the past of stars like Michael Jackson and Beyonce, which feature their fans getting a bit handsy on them, touching or reaching out to them in rather unwarranted fashion.
Now another such moment has gone viral, featuring none other than R&B superstar – Alicia Keys.
Keys was seen performing to a packed audience at Vancouver’s Rogers Arena for her “Alicia + Keys World Tour”, when she walked towards the stage passing through the crowd during the midst of a live performance, when a female fan suddenly tilted forward – holding her for a moment and planting a rather aggressive kiss on the singer’s cheek.
The bootleg video shakes and drives away, but it does manage to capture the shock on Alicia’s face, right after the uncalled-for physical contact lasts longer than she expected.
Soon after the video went viral, as it was also shared by Hollywood Reporter, Keys responded to the same commenting – “Trust me, I was like what the F***!!!!!!!! Don’t she know what time it is???”
Wonder if Alicia would continue her up and close crowd-interactions in the forthcoming dates of her tour, after this…
