Paris Hilton Reveals She Was Abused As a Teen: ‘I Buried My Truth For So Long’

Paris Hilton – who earlier this week, dished that she’d have a big and disturbing truth to reveal about her childhood, ahead of the release of her upcoming YouTube documentary, ‘This Is Paris’, finally lay it down today.

The star heiress and socialite revealed that she was severely abused as a teen during her days in the boarding school.

In a recent interview with People magazine, she revealed it all.

“I buried my truth for so long,” she told People. “But I’m proud of the strong woman I’ve become. People might assume everything in my life came easy to me, but I want to show the world who I truly am.”

She recalled her days at the boarding school stating:

“I knew it was going to be worse than anywhere else. It was supposed to be a school, but [classes] were not the focus at all. From the moment I woke up until I went to bed, it was all day screaming in my face, yelling at me, continuous torture.”

She further added:

“The staff would say terrible things. They were constantly making me feel bad about myself and bully me. I think it was their goal to break us down. And they were physically abusive, hitting and strangling us. They wanted to instill fear in the kids so we’d be too scared to disobey them.”

Paris also stated how multiple attempts to write back to her parents will never work, and how she’d be often told by the boarding school staff, that no one was going to believe her, if she came out.

Paris’ forthcoming tell-all, “This Is Paris” will stream on YouTube on September 14.
