A touching story of a woman from TOMBALL, Texas was previously circulated, mentioning how relentlessly she’s been praying for her husband’s recovering outside the very hospital he’s been admitted in, after being diagnosed with Coronavirius.
Sadly, it turns out, the husband has now passed away.
Michelle Gutierrez, who showed up every day outside of the Saint Luke hostapial in The Woodlands, where her husband David Gutierrez, lay in a coma – was quoted as saying the following after her husband’s passing, by Fox News:
“His last words were, ‘you know, I love you, I love you, see you later.. if I don’t make it, know that I put up a good fight’, he said I put up a good fight, and ‘I want you to know that I love you, and I will always love you and remember you.”
David was diagnosed earlier in June, and their story inspired several people, who were touched by her relentless hope in prayer.
While remembering her husband, Michelle also told people to be weary and not take the virus lightly.
“We need to educate ourselves and do whatever it takes to not spread this virus. It is not a hoax, it is real.”
