Super Bowl: Jazmine Sullivan Delivers Stunning Rendition Of National Anthem with Country star Eric Church [Watch Here]

Jazmine Sullivan soared with her much-anticipated rendition of the Star Spangled Banner at the 2021 Super Bowl.

The powerhouse vocalist turned the national anthem into a rare duet with Country star Eric Church, as the duo delivered oodles of flavour and soul singing the Francis Scott Key-penned anthem at Tampa’s Raymond James Stadium.

Interestingly, this past week also marked the 30th anniversary of the late Whitney Houston’s iconic rendition of the anthem from the 1991 Super Bowl game, which Jazmine herself considers inspirational and a ‘gold standard.’

But Sullivan did not try to mimick Houston here, like most often do, giving her own style to this extremely difficult song.

Watch her belt her heart out below:

Sing it girl!

Jazmine and Eric Church certainly delivered.
