Tina Turner shared a loving note on social media for her husband Erwin Bach and also for her gold-plated ‘lucky-charm’ thumb-ring.
The powerhouse performer and singer recently took to her social media, to speak on the ‘spur of the moment’ that led her to join paths with Bach, several years ago, and the ring that is worn on her thumb – which has long been her source of inspiration and good luck.
The couple has been together for 30 years and continues to go strong.
Here’s what she stated of her husband in her recent post:
“Who would have thought that a moment of boldness would lead to decades of shared bliss? I didn’t. When I first asked Erwin out, it was a spur-of-the-moment decision. Sometimes seconds change your life. Because you feel a spark, an instant connection.”
Continuing the note to speak on her ring, a replica of which is now available for fans to purchase, Ms. Turner wrote:
“For me, that’s what my thumb ring symbolizes. The moment I put it on my thumb, I felt stronger, more confident. Since then, it brings me luck and always reminds me to stay strong and seize opportunities.
