Boseman, has received a total of 4 nominations at this year’s SAG awards – all in movie-categories, making him the first actor to do so.

The actor’s work in the movies – Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom and Da 5 Bloods, has landed him two nominations in the Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture category.

Adding to that, he has separately been nominated for each of those films in the ‘leading actor’ and ‘support actor’ categories, rounding up his total nominations to – four.

Although a handful of other actors have received four nominations in the past, but it has partly included nods for their work in television.

Chadwick is the first to earn it all with feature-length films.

If only he wasn’t taken away from us due to cancer, he would have been here to witness the accolades himself.
