The RnB crooner has expressed her fondness of the Queen of Rap.
Talking to her long-time friend/actor Andra Fuller, on an Instagram live conversation, Brandy reflected back at the moment when she nearly fan-girled over Minaj – upon their first meeting.
Let alone the fact that Brandy has seniority over Minaj in the music biz, the singer keeps it real when expressing her fondness over people she loves and admires, regardless.
“I saw Nick Minaj—My fangirl is, my swag is not…it goes away when I am invested in a certain…I don’t want to say…a certain artist. And I love Nicki Minaj, so I lost it when I saw her. “She was like, ‘You okay?’ I was like, ‘No. I’m not okay.’”

She later took to her Twitter to label Minaj a ‘Queen’, when the rapper’s fans started retweeting the interview above.
