Now the singer and songwriter has broken a record previously held by The Beatles for no less than 54 years.
Taylor’s latest album, a revamped version of her LP ‘Fearless’ has debuted at #1 on the UK albums chart, in succession of her previous two #1’s in the country -“Folklore” and “Evermore.”
Taylor has earned these 3 #1’s in the span of merely 259 days, while Beatles had held the record of achieving most #1 albums in the shortest span, with 3 number ones in 364 days.
The magnitude of this record can be ascertained by the fact that it stood firm for over 5 decades.
With the way she is going, it is likely Swift will break many such historic records in the years to come.
