The bitter custody battle between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt seems to have come to an end after all.
In the ruling declared on May 26, 2021, Brad Pitt has been awarded joint custody of his kids with estranged wife, Angelina Jolie, against the actress’ wishes and plea.
The duo were fighting it out in the court, and their eldest son Maddox, had even testified against the 57 year old actor, after Angelina had accused him of violent drunk behavior around their kids.
Despite Jolie’s allegations and her petition, Judge John Ouderkirk has ordered the duo to split time with their children.
Interestingly, Angelina had previously attempted to have judge Ouderkirk removed from the case, citing his refusal to include evidence relevant to the childrenâs health, safety and welfare. Jolie’s claim had also stated that Judge Ouderkirk failed to disclose âongoing business and professional relationshipsâ with Pitt and his legal team.
Regardless, Brad has finally won joint custody with Angelina of all their kids -Maddox, 19, Pax, 17, Zahara, 16, Shiloh, 14, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 12
