Once again, Mo’Nique has been using her platform as a stand-up-comedienne to call out those, she thinks, have been doing wrong to her – or have done wrong to her in the past, in her troubled career.
Just days after she went in on an on-stage rant against D.L. Hughley, calling him a – “b*tch n***a”, for allegedly stating that he would not perform if she were to headline the event, Mo’Nique has now launched missiles at Steve Harvey.
Mo’Nique who had a very famous altercation with Netflix some time ago, over the price she was quoted for a special by them as opposed to what she was expecting, called-out Steve for his past opinion on the subject.
Addressing her audience at the Fox theater, Mo’Nique labelled Steve, among a host of other people, a “c**n” – and the word soon reached Harvey himself.
Responding to Mo’Nique’s words, Steve stated –
“Let me just start by saying, I – I couldn’t care less about what you think about me. Because clearly, I’m not your problem. Anyone who really knows me can never make that statement. You trying to sound profound now? But really, girl. Girl…”
Knowing Mo’Nique, this will not die down anytime soon.
For the unversed – Mo’Nique and Steve had clashed back in the year 2019, when she made an appearance on his show and he went ahead and called her out in the face over her many controversies and the way she handled them all.
Apparently, the criticism hasn’t gone down well with the Oscar winning actress, who is still trying to navigate past the many things she has allegedly been wronged in.
