Bullied Kid Quaden Bayles Cancels Sponsored Disneyland Trip To Donate $475K To Charity

While the internet may be busy creating conspiracy theories about Quaden Bayles – the 8 year old kid, suffering from dwarfism, who was bullied at his school for his appearance and whose viral video garnered immense support online, is setting a beautiful example of giving up.

After a massive ‘GoFundMe’ campaign generated hundreds of thousands of dollars for Quaden and his mom to be sent to a trip to Disneyland, the family has decided to give back the money generated after the viral video – to charity.

Spearheaded by comedian Brad Williams, the campaign generated nearly 475,000 USD, but Quaden has decided to give it all back.

“What kid wouldn’t want to go to Disneyland, especially if you have lived Quaden’s life. To escape to anywhere that is fun that doesn’t remind him of his day to day challenges,” Quaden’s mother, Yarraka Bayles said.

She further added:

“But my sister said, ‘You know what, let’s get back to the real issue’. This little fella has been bullied. How many suicides, black or white, in our society have happened due to bullying. We want the money to go to community organisations that really need it.”

“So as much as we want to go to Disneyland, I think our community would far off benefit from that,” she added.

Bravo Quaden, you are way more brave and kindhearted than those who bullied you at school.
