Avril Lavigne has got coronavirus…. in her mind.
The ‘Girlfriend’ singer and performer who’s presently busy touring with her Head Above Water Tour in support of her sixth studio album of the same name has taken some strong preventive measures to avoid being infected by the coronavirus.
The 35 year old has cancelled a number of Asian dates in the tour, fearing being exposed to the deadly coronavirus, which seems to have become an epidemic, particularly in the continent.
Lavigne is cancelling 12 dates in Asia total … including in Shanghai, the Philippines, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
An official announcement hasn’t been made by Avril’s team yet, but they’re currently said to be postponing it indefinitely for the singer and performer’s Asian fans.
Don’t blame her! That virus seems to be spreading like wildfire.
