After a very successful VERZUZ episode featuring Keyshia Cole and Ashanti, Swizz Beatz – the brain behind the musical marathon, has suggested that he’d like to see a hit-on-hit battle between two of Hip-Hop music’s greatest icons – Notorious B.I.G. and Tupac.
Beatz, who was the brains behind the webcast along with Timbaland, brought up the names of the two late titans of Rap, for their next episode of the series.
The duo appeared on ESPN2’s “Jalen and Jacoby” and spoke on the journey of the show so far and the ideas they have for the forthcoming episodes.
“My dream one, I want to figure out how to do Pac and Biggie in a way that the people is gonna really love it,” Swizz said during the show. Timbaland, appeared to be on-board with the idea and stated – “I got a couple ideas. I’ma text you.”
