So now that Brandy’s iconic version of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella has been made available on Disney+ – nearly 23 years after it’s premiere on television, the singer is being seen celebrating the monumental film, all over again.
Co-produced by Brandy’s icon, the late Whitney Houston and also featuring her in the role of the Fairy Godmother, the film was notable for introducing the world it’s very first black Cinderella, in the form of Brandy.
After the movie’s officially premiere on Disney+ on Feb 12, the singer recreated some of the most notable musical numbers from it for a YouTube homage, with singer and performer – Todrick Hall, giving us an ultimate celebratory throwback.
From Impossible to In My Own Little Corner, the duo brought the magic alive once again, with Brandy transforming into her iconic look of the princess all over again, for an epic mega-throwback.
